Refund policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of the products, if you change your mind on your purchase, packing must be unopened and in its original seal. Items can be returned if faulty e.g. a broken jar. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at orders@magictreesuperfoods.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 11, Sea King Road, Yeovil, BA20 2NZ in order to be processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of returns are not covered by MagicTree.

If your return is processed/sent after the 28 days mark, refunds may be issued on a case by case basis. Please do get in touch with us to discuss at orders@magictreesuperfoods.co.uk

For a subscription order, requests for cancellations need to be made prior to the order being processed. Requests for a refund after subscription orders have been dispatched will be rejected. You will need to return your unopened order to us before a refund can be processed

Our Bottom Of Jar Guarantee:

Our bottom of jar guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind whether you are trying our herbs for the first time or deciding to trust MagicTree with the herbs you already love!

How it works:

Simply finish your jars or packets using the recommended daily amount over the course of 30 days minimum (60 days for Ultra Pure Shilajit). If you do not feel an intended benefit by the time you have finished the contents of your herb, take a picture of your empty jar or packet and send this over to us to be eligible.

We may ask you a few questions just to gain to offer some guidance or advice if herbs around your herbs, then the team will let you know if you qualify for the bottom or jar guarantee!

Any enquires that do not meet the requirements will not be considered for the guarantee and all decisions are team discretionary.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging and seals. If seals are broken, the item is classed as opened and can no longer be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
